Construction Operations

General Foremans

Technical knowledge in understanding construction drawings, layouts, and methodologies and how to execute accordingly is required. He will be in-charge of coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans. The Foreman shall follow provided schedules, sequence, methods and monitor attendance of the workers under his group. He is responsible for assigning and allocating daily tasks and activities to his teammates and ensure that target productivity is met and ensure to discipline and motivate them as well. Supervise and train workers, guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met and monitor proper and safe use of machinery and equipment.

Site Engineers

Shall be responsible for supervision of the foremen & leadmen and all areas in the construction site ensuring quality and target productivity is attained at all times. In- charge of Formwork/Rebar work and Concreting. In- Charge for Earthwork monitoring including preparatory works prior to concreting. Attend daily internal work meetings and executes the assigned task on daily to weekly basis.

Land Surveyor

Surveyor shall prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. Search legal records, survey records and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed. He will conduct verification of the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects. Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.

Project-In-Charge

Monitor and Control Manpower, Resources and Site Daily activities to meet daily target accomplishments. Supervises the site engineers and site supervisors. He is required to report directly to PM all issues in the construction site operations. He will make sure to coordinate with client’s counterpart. Attends daily coordination meeting and take responsibility as head of site when his PM is not around.

Project Manager

Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing, planning, managing and tracking the progress of our construction projects. He must review and monitor the project in-depth. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Manage and monitor manpower efficiency and productivity. The PM should be capable of training and give feedback to his subordinates. Must plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve current issues and concerns effectively.

Further, the PM should be able to manage equipment schedule and ensure availability and functionality based on construction schedule. Shall strictly monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations, ensure quality construction standards and represent the company to the client and communicate progress and other issues according to the contract agreement.
